Single person discount review

Although most applications are genuine, we review single person discounts offered to residents so we can identify fraudulent claims.

What we are reviewing Toggle accordion

We are reviewing all single person discounts offered to residents, so we can identify fraudulent claims. For some people, discounts may have been claimed in error where circumstances in the home have changed but they have failed to notify us. Although most applications are genuine, some are not, which means some people are fraudulently claiming a reduction they are not entitled to.
